If you are new player to ClubPenguin here is what to do:

First: Click on the map down on the left.
Then: Click on the town.
Next: Enter the “Gift Shop” (The building on the right).

 Now Here are the secrets:

Click on the Penguins Smile to get “The Cheesy Tie”.

To get the “Red Viking Helmet” Click on the “Pot of Gold”

 

To get the “Blue Viking Helmet” open and close the red viking helmet 4 times like in this animation:
